  • Sending or receiving money with us is very easy. We often joke about it and say, “it is like drink a cup of water.” There are two ways in which you can send your money with us. Online and physical branch.

    Online: You will first start by creating an account with us by signing up on our website. Once you are on our website and ready to sign up, you just click sign up on and follow the prompt instruction and that is it. Once you done signing up you and approve, you should be good to go. It is that simple.

    Once we received and review your sign-up credentials you will then receive email from us with some links that you need to click to activate your account before you can start sending money. After successfully signing up, you should then be able to login into your account. We will then ask you to provide us with your identification documents. The laws required us to verify the copies of your identification documents and to keep them in our permanent record file

    Once you provided us with the required identification documents, one of our staff will then contact you either by phone or email if there is still missing document (s) or to welcome you to the company. After your account is approved by the administration, you can now be able start sending money by following the below simple methods:
    • Login in to your account, initiate the transaction, provide us your beneficiary information. As you go through the process, the system will offer you the option along the way which allow you to create a new beneficiary (person you are sending money to).
    • Since you are sending online, you will need to select your payment method as Online
    • Enter in the transaction amount, and other details ask by the system.
  • Once the above steps are completed, take your time to review transaction information to make sure everything is correct. After reviewing and you are very sure everything is accurate, you can then go ahead click submit and your transaction will be submitted.
  • After the transaction is completed, the confirmation page will be displayed with your transaction reference number generated by the system for your reference.
